This is based on the services requested. We maintain project management rates far below our top competitors in the marketplace. SeaReg is committed to a “no markup” model for our clients.
Does SeaReg provide comprehensive proposals, cost projections and financial backup?
Yes. As standard practice, we provide all of these tools and resources.
Can SeaReg staff sail with our group or charter cruise to assist with onboard support?
Yes, we can assist with onboard cabin and roommate changes as well as liaising between you and the cruise staff. We are there to be support your staff and be an extension of your team.
Can SeaReg Staff assist our group pier side?
Yes, our staff can assist you pier side through the embarkement process. We can also assist with VIP and staff check-in, attendee assistance, transportation and other services you may require.
Can SeaReg assist with hotel accommodations prior to the cruise?
Yes, our team can assist with securing hotel room blocks for attendees and staff pre and post sail dates.
Can SeaReg assist in handling attendee reservation questions and change requests ?
Yes, SeaReg can provide customer service support during the reservation process to assist your attendees with their questions and concerns.
Can SeaReg assist with general questions attendees may have regarding cruising?
Yes, SeaReg can customize an FAQ document for your group based on your particular cruise line and ship.
What happens if my event has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances?
SeaReg will always recommend the most effective risk mitigation strategies and resources. In the event of cancellation, SeaReg will execute all protection terms and work diligently with our suppliers to lessen risk and liability.
Is my business too small or too large to partner with SeaReg?
